It features a recorded presentation Eric Thomas Weber gave at the Center for the Study of Southern Culture on his September 2015 book, Uniting Mississippi: Democracy and Leadership in the South. Though Mississippi is the focus of his application, the principles and challenges apply through the South and beyond.
